NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RIVERSIDE LIQUID WASTE HAULER DISPOSAL CHARGES

Notice is Hereby Given that on November 5, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, the City of Riverside's City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed increases to the Liquid Waste Hauler Disposal Charges established for use by Liquid Waste Haulers discharging liquid waste as the City of Riverside Water Quality Control Plant.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:

Liquid Waste Haulers Disposal Charges
Material Fee: effective January 1, 2025, to June 30,2025 Domestic/Septage $0.060/gallon
Commercial $0.081/gallon
Material Fee: effective July 1, 2025, and thereafter
Domestic/Septage $0.105/gallon
Commercial $0.084/gallon

All persons interested in this matter are hereby invited to appear at the time and place above specified to voice their opinions relating thereto. Persons unable to attend such hearing may forward their written statements relating to the matter to the City Clerk, City Hall, 7th Floor, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522 or email [email protected]. Comments via the eComment feature at www.RiversideCa.gov/meeting may be submitted until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
