SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT

Approximately 7,200 square feet of office and related space located at the Riverside Municipal Airport, 6961 Flight Road, Riverside, California 92504
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between CITY OF RIVERSIDE, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease to return to the original rental space and rental payments; and
WHEREAS, the Government will return the temporary space located at 6951 Flight Road, Riverside, CA 92504; and WHEREAS, the Government will reoccupy the permanent space located at 6961 Flight Road, Riverside, California 92504 on September 15, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said real estate contract is amended, effective September 15, 2024, as follows:
Building located at 6961 Flight Road, Riverside, California 92504 was closed due to structural damage. The Lessor has indicated that the building is safe to reoccupy on September 15, 2024.
Lessor accepts the return of the temporary space located at 6951 Flight Road, Riverside, CA 92504 in "as is" condition. Government is not obligated to restore or repair any portion of the temporary space.
Remaining repairs to the permanent space will be completed while the Government occupies the space. Lessor will complete the remaining work within 2 weeks with minimal disruption to the Government.
The monthly rental fee will be adjusted to reflect the return from the temporary space to the permanent space for the month of September. Beginning on October 1, 2024 the monthly rental fee will return to $12,382.08.

All other terms and conditions of the real estate contract shall remain in full force and effect. • Lessor is required to sign this document and return 2 copies to the issuing office. •Lessor is NOT required to sign this document.
