RECOMMENDATIONS1. Authorize the preorder and purchase of 20 Voltu Electrified Dual Motor 4WD Crew Cab Trucks in the amount of $2,392,500 pursuant to Purchasing Resolution No. 24101, Section 602(d), and authorize the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and execute the purchase agreement; 2. With five affirmative votes, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $150,000 in the Air Quality Management District Fund; and3. With five affirmative votes, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $2,217,000 from available General Fund Infrastructure Reserves. 9
