That the City Council:

BACKGROUND:
The project site is located on Victoria Avenue and Pleasant Street (Attachment 1). Despite continuous maintenance by City personnel, two of the existing catch basins at this intersection contain standing water year-round. The installation of the new dry well catch basins and infiltration chamber will alleviate the flooding, standing water, and odor concerns.
