A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 38174.
BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of 2 sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the Final Map of Parcel Map 38174.
PARCEL MAP NO. 38174
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of parcel 2 of Record of Survey as shown by map on file in Book 57, Page 31 of Records of Survey, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, State of California lying within the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, S.B.B.&M.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public utility purposes and other public services.
The easements designated as “Open Space Easement” is hereby accepted as for open space purposes.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
