RFP DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the Design/Build Entity to provide complete “Turnkey” design and construction services for the renovation of the Riverside Access Center, for homeless services. The selected Company shall be responsible for developing the conceptual design of the facility in conjunction with City staff based on the list of improvements listed in Exhibit “A”.
