NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 3 p.m., in the Art Pick Council Chamber located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA, the City Council of the City of Riverside will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Charter Section 403 to review the compensation, including salary and benefits, of the Mayor and Members of the City Council. Following the hearing, the City Council will consider any increase in compensation including salary not-to-exceed five percent of existing salary and fringe benefits of the Mayor and City Council. Said ordinances must be adopted by not fewer than five affirmative votes of the City Council.

If you challenge the above proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk of the City of Riverside at, or prior to, the public hearing.
