PRESENT: Chair Cervantes, Vice Chair Mill, and Member Robillard STAFF PRESENT: Michelle Davis, Sean Murphy, Megan Stoye, Agripina Neubauer, Ruby Castillo, and Christiana Kalawa
Chair Cervantes convened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.

There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
DISCUSSION CALENDAR
SAFE PARKING PROGRAM
The Committee received a report on Safe Parking programs within the City of Riverside.
One person spoke on the matter.
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed a report on safe parking programs; and (2) direct staff to bring back a report to the Committee within 60 days to pursue a Safe Parking Program in the City of Riverside.
HOUSING AUTHORITY'S PROJECT UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed the update on Housing Authority's projects.
COMMUNICATIONS
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
The legislative update was not held.
OUTREACH WORKER UPDATE
The Committee received an update on outreach workers.
ITEMS FOR FUTURE COMMITTEE CONSIDERATION
Chair Cervantes requested a report to the Committee on (1) Safe Camping Sites in 90- days; and (2) Home-key funding which allows conversion of motels into affordable housing.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:19 p.m.
