Proposed Change to Scope of Work
Pursuant to request made in the field and scope following is proposed. •
Remobilization following Council approval of this change. • Installation of drains in men’s and women’s restrooms in trench by others.
• Women’s restroom install drains for 3 toilets, 2 lavy sinks and one floor drain and one clean out.
• Men’s restroom install drains for 1 toilet, 3 urinals, 2 lavy sinks, 1 floor drain and 1 clean out
• Install drains for mop sink in room adjacent to women’s restroom. • Connect plumbing to outside clay pipe
• All new plumbing, groundwork and vents will be in ABS. Piping will extend all the way to existing vent in space over restroom. New ABS will terminate above men’s restroom and at clay pipe outside of building .
• Complete backfill over install underground piping
• Complete concrete pad over new piping for new tile.
• Remove piping installed for original layout to acco mmodate new layout
• Complete new in wall piping for new layout of restroom fixtures • Provide and install additional urinal
• Frame and install drywall to accommodate new layout.
