PRESENT: Chair Robillard, Vice Chair Cervantes, Member Hemenway, and Councilmember Mill substituting for Chair Robillard on item regarding the Magnolia Corridor Strategy update
ABSENT: None

Chair Robillard convened the meeting at 3:00 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
Councilmember Mill substituted for Chair Robillard on the following item:
MAGNOLIA CORRIDOR REINVESTMENT, RESILIENCE, AND REVITALIZATION STRATEGY UPDATE
Following discussion, and without a formal motion the Committee (1) received an update on the Magnolia Corridor 3R Strategy; and (2) provided direction on prioritization of "kit parts" revitalization strategies for the Arlington Village, with approval of the "Immediate" 3R Strategy points as listed in the staff presentation.
Councilmember Mill left the meeting at this time.
Chair Robillard returned to the meeting.
PROPOSAL BY SUPERLATIVE GROUP, INC., TO ESTABLISH "POURING AND VENDING RIGHTS"
Following discussion, and without a formal motion the Committee (1) reviewed proposal prepared by the Superlative Group, Inc.; and (2) provided staff direction for a "pouring and vending rights" as part of a larger naming rights marketing initiative for the City with direction to explore all available options presented by the vendor.
