Staff recommends that the City Council1. DETERMINE that the proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15061(B)(3) (Common Sense) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the project will not have a significant effect on the environment;2. APPROVEPlanning Case SD-2024-00017 (Street Vacation) based on thefindings outlined in the staff report and subject to the recommendedconditions; and3. ADOPTthe Resolution vacating the subject right-of-way pursuant to thePublic Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation LawRECOMMENDATION 9
