Malissa McKeith spoke regarding community mitigation measures to fire responses within City.
DISCUSSION CALENDAR
Planning Commission 2025 Workplan
Following discussion and without formal motion the Land Use Committee received an update on the 2025 Planning Commission Workplan activities. The motion carried unanimously.
Cultural Heritage Board 2025 Workplan
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed the status report on the Cultural Heritage Board workplan.
Sign design and permitting technical assistance options update Following discussion, it was moved by Vice Chair Falcone and seconded by Member Cervantes to (1) receive and order filed the update on sign design and permitting technical assistance options; and (2) approved Option 1 - External Services for a sign handbook/took kit. The motion carried unanimously.
