Mayor Lock Dawson called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.

There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
2024 CITY SPIRIT AWARD NOMINEE SELECTION
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Perry and seconded Member Falcone to select Lorna Jenkins and Senator Richard Roth (ret) for consideration by the City Council for the 2024 City Spirit Award to honor their extraordinary deeds and community spirit, good citizenship, and dedication to enhancing the quality of life in the City. The motion carried unanimously.
