STRATEGIC PRIORITIES
Ensure alignment of the Park and Recreation Commission
with the City of Riverside's Strategic Plan by:
1. Commissioners to receive a department wide fiscal year update and employee recognition to celebrate parks and recreation month in July.
The mission of the Riverside Park and Recreation Commission is to address the changing needs of the people of all ages and cultures, in a variety of safe and attractive parks, trails, landscapes and facilities.

4. Commissioners will engage with the community at events to represent the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission.
5. Commissioners to receive an annual presentation on sustainability practices.
