WORKPLAN
OBJECTIVES
1 Ensure all Wards are represented at
Community Police Review Commission
meetings by establishing a commissioner
attendance of 80%.
2 Achieve a 90% review rate of case files to
ensure effective review of citizen complaints
prior to commission meetings.
The Community Police Review Commission (CPRC) has successfully maintained an average attendance rate of 81%.
As of
December 2024, the CPRC has reviewed and discussed 22 of 24 closed session cases, achieving a 92% review rate for all cases filed

In 2024, the Community Police Review Commission (CPRC) reviewed two officer-involved death cases. The first case achieved a 100% completion rate for case file rationale sheets, while the second case reached an 86% completion rate.
Two commissioners have attended at least two outreach events in 2024.
Three commissioners completed a ride-along in 2024
