PRESENT: Chair Perry, Vice Chair Conder, and Member Mill ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Diana Alegria, Ruby Leann Castillo, Tom Chisum, Rene Goldman, Daisy Gastelum, Damian Fussel, Fred Tobar, Marnie Smith, and others Chair Perry convened the meeting at 1 p.m.

There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
COMMISSION OF THE DEAF 2024 WORKPLAN UPDATE AND PROPOSED 2025 WORKPLAN Following discussion and without formal motion the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee (1) received and ordered filed the update on the 2024 Commission of the Deaf Workplan activities; and (2) reviewed and approved the proposed 2025 Commission of the Deaf Workplan.
COMMISSION ON DISABILITIES 2024 WORKPLAN UPDATE AND PROPOSED 2025 WORKPLAN Following discussion, it was moved by Member Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Conder that the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee approve the proposed 2025 Workplan for the Commission on Disabilities. The motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION ON AGING 2024 WORKPLAN UPDATE AND PROPOSED 2025 WORKPLAN Following discussion, it was moved by Member Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Conder that the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee receive and order filed the report on (1) the goals from the 2024 Commission on Aging Workplan; and (2) the proposed goals for the 2025 Commission on Aging Workplan. The motion carried unanimously.
PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION 2024 WORKPLAN UPDATE AND PROPOSED 2025
WORKPLAN
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Conder that the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee receive and order filed (1) the goals from the 2024 Park and Recreation Commission Workplan; and (2) the proposed goals for the 2025 Park and Recreation Commission Workplan. The motion carried unanimously.

COMMUNITY POLICE REVIEW COMMISSION 2024 WORKPLAN UPDATE AND PROPOSED 2025 WORKPLAN
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Conder that the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee approve the proposed 2025 Workplan for the Community Police Review Commission. The motion carried unanimously.
BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES 2024 WORKPLAN UPDATE AND PROPOSED 2025 WORKPLAN Following discussion, it was moved by Member Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Conder that the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee receive and order filed the Library/Board of Library Trustees Workplan. The motion carried unanimously.
