ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows:
Section 1: That an amendment to the contract between the City of Riverside and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System is hereby authorized. A true and correct copy of said amendment is attached hereto, marked Exhibit, and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: The City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the City of Riverside.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
