SUBJECT: Closed Session - CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS [Government Code §54956.8]
Name of Party/Negotiator: County of Riverside Treasurer-Tax Collector Location of Property: APN’s: 226-180-001 and 226-180-009; Generally described as vacant land located on
the southeast corner of Streeter Avenue and
Sierra Street.
Under Negotiations: Price and terms for lease negotiations City’s Negotiator: Charles M. Futrell, City Manager
A closed session will be held on April 15, 2025, for the purpose of giving instructions and granting authority to your negotiator regarding the price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property. [Govt. Code §54956.8] If the City Council’s approval renders the agreement final, c oncluding the real estate negotiations, the approval and the substance of the agreement, including the vote or abstention of each member, shall be reported in open session at the public meeting during which the closed session is held. [Govt. Code §54957.1(a)(1)(A)].
