I, Matthew Esquivel, on behalf of Warmington Residential, am filing this letter of appeal regarding the recent decision made by the City of Riverside Planning Commission on November 7, 2024, in reference to project Case # PR-2024-001656 (TM), located at the corner of La Sierra Ave. and Victoria Ave.
Our appeal is submitted to address public concerns related to the project. We respectfully request that this appeal be scheduled for the December 3rd City Council Meeting, in accordance with Government Code section 66452.5(d), which mandates that the appeal hearing take place within 45 days of the submission date of this appeal.
