5 RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Approve a Change Order to Bid No. 8083 to MidCal Dredging, Inc. of Riverdale, California, in the amount of $500,000 for the completion of the Fairmount Park Lake Dredging Project;
2. With at least five affirmative votes, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $638,750 in the Regional Parks Special Capital Improvement Fund, Fairmount Lake Dredging project expenditure account; and
3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Change Order to the Construction Agreement with MidCal Dredging, Inc. of Riverdale, California. 5
