BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails street maintenance improvements within five areas of the City of Riverside. The project generally includes but is not limited to cold milling of existing deteriorated asphalt pavement, the application of ARAM; resurfacing asphalt pavement with DGAC; slurry sealing streets, repairing damaged concrete sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, curb/gutters, and cross gutters; with the replacement of traffic striping; and signage enhancements. This project also includes City of Riverside downtown parking lot slurry preservation and installation of parking safety lighting at 3 locations
