All Measure Z fire apparatuses are currently in service.

On May 3, 2022, the Council approved a review of the Measure Z spending plan, allocating $23.4 million for the replacement and maintenance of fire vehicles over five fiscal years, and in fiscal year (FY) 2025/26 $5.4 million to the vehicle replacement plan. With this funding, the department is seeking approval to purchase two (2) additional KME Type 1 Fire Engines.
