A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 38481 BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of three (3) sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the Final Map of Parcel Map No. 38481.
PARCEL MAP NO. 38481
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of a portion of Lot 6 in Block 65 and a portion of Lot “00” (Vacated), of La Sierra Heights Tract No. 2 as shown by Map on file in Book 7, page 66 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California. Located in section 10, T. 3S., R. 6W., Rancho La Sierra.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public utility purposes and other public services.
The non-access barrier strip designated as Lot “E” (1’ Barrier Strip) by Tract No. 10604 on file in Map Book 165, pages 1 through 3, Records of Riverside County is hereby accepted for public street and public utility purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
