RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the Second Amendment to Services Agreement withService First for Annual Swimming Pool Maintenance Services withService First for a six-month extension from July 1, 2025 to December31, 2025;2. Authorize 15% change order authority not to exceed the amount of$19,773.97; and,3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the SecondAmendment, including making minor and non-substantive changes.5
