That the City Council:1. Conduct a public hearing on the City of Riverside’s ProposedFiscal Year 2025/26 Master Fees and Charges Schedule;2. 4. With at least five affirmative votes, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record an increase to the General Fund, Public Works City Engineering Services, Plan Check - Expedited revenue account in the amount of $200,000 and appropriate expenditures in the same amount to the General Fund, Public Works City Engineering Services, Professional Services Plan Check account.RECOMMENDATIONS7
