RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the Landscape Maintenance Services Agreement forNeighborhood Parks with Inland Empire Landscape, Inc., in theamount of $2,247,600 for the period of July 1, 2025 throughJune 30, 2027, with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms;2. Approve an additional $200,000 per year for irrigation,vandalism and graffiti removal costs; RiversideCA.gov6
RECOMMENDATIONS3. Authorize 10% change order authority on the base contractprice in the amount of $224,760 for each initial contract term; and4. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute theAgreement for Annual Landscape Maintenance Services inNeighborhood Parks with Inland Empire Landscape, Inc., includingmaking minor and non-substantive changes.5 6
