A closed session will be held on June 24, 2025, for the purpose of giving instructions and granting authority to your negotiator regarding the price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property. [Govt. Code §54956.8] If the City Council’s approval renders the agreement final c oncluding the real estate negotiations, the approval and the substance of the agreement, including the vote or abstention of each member, shall be reported in open session at the public meeting during which the closed session is held. [Govt. Code §54957.1(a)(1)(A)].
