BID DESCRIPTION: The Project generally entails street improvements on various streets within the City of Riverside. The Project will include the replacement of deteriorated asphalt pavement, installation of ARAM with new AC pavement overlay, removal/replacement of damaged AC or concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and driveway approaches. The Project also includes the construction of new pedestrian ramps at various locations throughout the City. The Project will also include tree removals, landscape and irrigation modifications, and traffic improvements.

COMMENTS:
The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 2 4101. The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report.
