that the City Council consider approval of a Historic
Designation request for designation of Riverside City MAIN ST Hall as a City Landmark.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Cultural
Heritage Board recommends that the City Council CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING determine that this proposal is exempt from the Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522 pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense
