ISSUE:
Receive and file the update on Housing Authority’s projects.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Committee receive and file the update on Housing Authority’s projects.
BACKGROUND:
At the request of the Housing & Homelessness Committee, the Housing Authority has a standing item on the agenda under Communications to provide monthly updates on projects.
DISCUSSION:
The Housing Authority has 476 affordable housing units (includes 169 permanent supportive housing units) in the pipeline for development. An update on each of these projects is listed in Attachment A.
Housing Authority staff will continue to provide the Committee with monthly updates on affordable housing projects in the pipeline for development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact related to this staff report.
