City of Arts & Innovation TO EXCEED $165,000,000
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 5, 2025, the City Council of the City of Riverside will conduct a public hearing, at which time it will consider public testimony concerning the possible issuance by the City of Riverside of not-to-exceed $165,000,000 principal amount of Refunding Sewer Revenue Bonds (the "Bonds") to refund all or a portion of the outstanding City of Riverside Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2015A on the following DATE AND TIME: August 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.

The Bonds will be limited obligations of the City to be paid from revenues of the City's sewer system. Neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the City, the State of California or any political subdivision thereof will be pledged for the payment of the principal of or interest on the Bonds.
All persons interested in this matter are hereby invited to appear at the time and place herein specified to voice their opinions relating thereto. Persons unable to attend such hearing may forward their written statements relating to the matter to the City Clerk, City Hall, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522, or email [email protected].
