BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails street maintenance improvements throughout the City of Riverside on seventeen minor streets in a residential location; on three arterial streets including Arlington Avenue (Crest Avenue to Van Buren Boulevard), Van Buren Boulevard (Indiana Avenue to Victoria Avenue), Victoria Avenue (La Sierra Avenue to Tyler Street); and construction of new pavement on two alleys.
