BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails the pavement maintenance of three city-owned parking lots 3, 18 and 19 and maintenance of the two alleys adjacent to lots 3 and 19. The scope of work includes concrete repair, new alley gutter, cold milling and paving, utility adjustments, installation of wheel stops, signing and striping improvements.
