Cervantes, of approval by the Community &
Economic Development Department Director for a
proposal by Jim Guthrie to consider a grading HAWARDEN DE exception to allow grading for a 26,137 square foot NDHAM HI building pad on two contiguous parcels totaling NORTH
17.59-acres, to encroach within portions of the
mapped arroyo and arroyo buffer (Alessandro
Arroyo) to facilitate the future construction of a single- CITY COUNCIL HEARING family residence. The proposal does not propose to Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall modify the mapped boundaries of the arroyo or 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522 arroyo buffer.
