City of Arts & Innovation FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 19, 2025, a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Riverside to consider a proposal by the City of Riverside amending Chapter 3.30 (Fee and Service Charge Revenue/Cost Comparison System) of Tifle 3 (Revenue and Finance) of the Riverside Municipal Code to rename an existing category of the Schedule of Regulations, Products, and Services titled Commercial Cannabis Sales Permit Fee to Commercial Cannabis Permit Fees and the adoption of a Resolution amending the City's Fees and Charges Schedule providing for a commercial cannabis business permit Annual Renewal Fee of $3,719 per application, Change in Location Fee of $1,814 per application, Transfer of Permit Ownership Fee of $4,089 per application, Modification of Site/Premises Fee of $1,668 per application, Less than Majority Ownership Change Fee of $991 per application, Employee Background Check Fee of $1,342 per application and Out-of-town Cannabis Delivery Fee of $1,043 per application on the following date:
