RECOMMENDATIONS That the City Council:1. Award RFP 2426 to Spohn Ranch, Inc., of Los Angeles,California for the Bobby Bonds Skatepark Replacementproject in the amount of $500,000; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute theDesign-Build Agreement with Spohn Ranch, Inc., includingmaking minor and non-substantive changes.5 6
