RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve an amendment to the Professional Consultant Services Agreementwith RHA Landscape Architects-Planners, Inc. for Architectural Services forPatterson Park & Tim Strack Park Development projects to increase thecontract amount by $54,086.97 for a total to not to exceed $414,966.77;2. Approve an increase of change order authority from 10% change orderauthority to 15% change order authority for a total change order authorityamount of $54,086.97, for a not to exceed total contract amount of$414,966.77; and3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an amendment to theProfessional Consultant Services Agreement with RHA Landscape Architects-Planners, Inc., including making minor and non-substantive changes.7
