SCOPE OF WORK: Supply and install (8) FM Live Upgrades
to (8) existing FMUS, (5) with EMV credit card readers.
Customer will be responsible for supplying a copy of the current database for conversion and set up of new cloud hosted database and Web access application. Customer will also be responsible for setting up an account with NBS for credit card processing. NBS is the ONLY processor that can be used. All needed data entry training and software training will be performed by Fuel Master via Web Meetings and
videos.
NOTE: Tank Monitor Interface, Prokee Encoder & Prokees are not included. Annual subscription of $12,804 will be charge to customer directly from manufacture starting year two, first year is included in this quote, additional years can be added.
PREVAILING WAGE IS INCLUDED IN THIS QUOTE
EXCLUSIONS:
-Proximity cards and/or fobs.
-Proximity readers on FMUs.
-Installation of conduit of any kind.
-Replacement or repair of damaged conduit, wire and/or
junction boxes, above or below ground.
-Installation or pulling of wire or communication cable of any kind.
-Concrete work of any kind.
-Cost increases of the equipment or materials 30 days after the date of this proposal, if increases occur the additional cost will be charged as an extra.
-Replacement or repair of any existing equipment beyond the scope of this proposal.

-The Client shall assume costs incurred do to change orders or delay in receipt of payments as scheduled.
-The Client shall assume costs incurred, after this proposal, due to regulatory directives.
