A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT MAP NO. 38431.
BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of (2) two sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the Final Map of Tract Map No. 38431.
PARCEL MAP NO. 38431
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a division of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 16998 as shown by map on file in Book 104, page 46 of Parcel Maps, records of Riverside County, California. Located in section 18, T. 3 S., R. 4 W., S.B.M.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public utility purposes and other public services.
Lots “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” and “E” of Parcel Map 16998, as shown by map on file in Book 104, page 46 of Parcel Maps, records of Riverside County, California, are hereby accepted for public street and public utility purposed subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
The following streets and easements are hereby abandoned in conformance with section 66434(g) of the Subdivision Map Act.
That portion of Dauchy Avenue as being portions of Lot “A” and Lot” C” of Parcel Map 16998, as shown by a map on file on Book 104, page 46 of Parcel Maps, records of Riverside County, California.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
