PUBLIC COMMENT IN PERSON/TELEPHONE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
UNIVERSITY AVENUE RESIDENTIAL DENSITY TRANSFER PILOT PROGRAM Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Mill and seconded by Member Cervantes to (1) receive and ordered filed the report on the University Avenue Housing Density Transfer Pilot Program; and (2) recommend that the City Council adopt a Density Transfer Pilot Program Hybrid Model. The motion carried unanimously.

There was no Legislative update received.
