THIRD AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT
DBS ADMINISTRATORS, INC.
Third-Party COBRA and Retiree Billing Administration Services This THIRD AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Third Amendment") is made and entered into this - by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California chatter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and DBS ADMINISTRATORS, INC., a California corporation ("Contractor").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on February 11, 2020, City and Contractor entered into a Services Agreement for Services for Third-Party COBRA and Retiree Billing Administration Services ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, on July 18, 2023, City and Contractor entered into a First Amendment to Services Agreement ("First Amendment") to extend the term of the Agreement to March 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, on September 9, 2024, City and Contractor entered into a Second Amendment to Services Agreement ("Second Amendment") to extend the term of the Agreement to March 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement expired March 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to extend the Agreement through December 31, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Contractor agree as follows:
The term of the Agreement is hereby extended through December 31, 2025.
2. All terms and conditions of the original Agreement not inconsistent with this Third Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in full.
