Dear Mr. Lara,
This letter acknowledges the City of Riverside's request to expand our scope of work for the Hole Lake Homeless Encampment Services contract. We understand the need to include new areas for litter removal and to extend the timeline for effective maintenance.

The expanded scope of work will require a contract adjustment of $182,609.44. This figure includes the additional labor, equipment, and resources needed to service the newly identified areas and maintain our quality standards. This will extend our timeline by an estimated 22-32 days. The new work area will be from the red stakes (in line with reed cutting) to Jurupa Boulevard within the riverbed and embankment.

To move forward, we require a formal addendum to the contract that includes:
• A precise description of the newly added areas for litter removal. • The estimated cost to complete the work is $182,609.44 and we have $53,677.22 remaining on the existing PO, therefore the additional amount being requested for the 2nd Amendment is to increase contract amount by $128,932.22 to a new total contract of $228,932.21.

We will promptly execute the addendum upon review, provided the details accurately reflect our understanding of the expanded scope and compensation. We appreciate the City's partnership and are committed to continuing our quality service.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Sincerely,
Tan Lot
