SECOND AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT
FLO-SERVICES, INC.
On-Call Repair, Maintenance, and Services for Various Sewer Lift Station Pumps This SECOND AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Second Amendment") is RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and FLO-SERVICES,
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on June 7, 2023, City and Contractor entered into a Services Agreement for On-Call Repair, Maintenance, and Services for Various Sewer Lift Station Pumps ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, on July 29, 2024, City and Contractor entered into a First Amendment to Services Agreement ("First Amendment") to extend the Term of the Agreement and add additional Compensation; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement expired on June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to extend the Term of the Agreement for one (1) additional year, through June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to increase Compensation in the amount of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) for the extended Term of the Agreement, for a total Contract Price of Six Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($605,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Contractor agree as follows:
(1) additional year, true, June 30, 2026. Paragraph 2, Term, is hereby amended to extend the Term of the Agreement for one Paragraph 3, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase Compensation in the amount of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) for the extended Term of the Agreement, for a total Contract Price of Six Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($605,000.00).
3. All terms and conditions of the original Agreement not inconsistent with this Second Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in full.
