BID DESCRIPTION: Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove the existing roofing systems and dispose of in a legal manner and install the specified roofing system at three (3) buildings at the City of Riverside Airport in accordance to the attached specifications. The three buildings are the Main Terminal Building, the Waypoint Aviation West building and Hangar E.

COMMENTS:
The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 24101. The General Services Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report.
