RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the Landscape Maintenance Services Agreement with Pacific CoastLandscape & Design, Inc., doing business as Pacific Coast Landscape and Design, formowing and edging services for parks facilities, for the term of October 1, 2025, toSeptember 30, 2027, in the amount of $316,800, with the option to extend theagreement for one additional three-year term, not to exceed a total of five years;2. Authorize 10% change order authority in the amount of $31,680, for a total contractamount of $348,480;3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Landscape MaintenanceServices Agreement with Pacific Coast Landscape & Design, Inc., doing business asPacific Coast Landscape and Design, including making minor and non-substantivechanges; and4. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an optional term extension to theagreement, provided that the annual amounts are included in the subsequentapproved budgets.
