PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Developer shall rehabilitate the Oaktree Apartments, consis ting of51 multifamily housing units, which 25 will be ARPA-Unit Restricted. . The rehabilitation project will consist of a new roof, new windows, termite fumigation, painting, elevator repairs, solar repairs, ADA related upgrades, etc.
All improvements on the site shall comply with (i) all submittals by Developer approved by the City of Riverside, including without limitation, any Conditions of Approval or similar approvals issued by the City, (ii) the materials identified in the attachment previously submitted to and approved by the City.
