DISCUSSION CALENDAR
UTILIZATION OF PREFERRED PURCHASING PARTNER AGREEMENTS
The Committee received an update on the City's Preferred Purchasing Partner Agreements. No one spoke on the matter.
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) received and ordered filed the City's Preferred Purchasing Partner Agreements; (2) direct staff to expand vendor outreach and training to help local and regional businesses better understand how to engage with cooperative contracts and ensure documentation and procurement files remain easily accessible to both internal stakeholders and the public; and (3) direct staff to report back to the Committee in six months.

There was no legislative update.
