RIVERSIDE PROPOSED ORDINANCE EXTENDING
MORATORIUM ON ISSUANCE OF NEW
City of Arts & Innovation
TOBACCO RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as such matter can be heard, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Riverside in the Art Pick Council Chamber located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California, 92522, at which time the City Council will consider an Ordinance extending the moratorium established by Ordinance No. 7733 on the issuance of new Tobacco Retail Establishment Permits within the City of Riverside for an additional 10-months and 15-days pending completion of a study pursuant to California Government Code Section 65858.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:
