PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE PILOT
CITY OF
RIVERSIDE SELF-CERTIFICATION PROGRAM AND
AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S MASTER FEES AND
City of Arts & Innovation CHARGES SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 21, 2025, a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Riverside to consider a proposal by the City of Riverside adding sections 16.04.430, 16.06.050, 16.08.100, and 16.14.030 to Title 16 Buildings and Construction of the Riverside Municipal Code to establish a Building Plan Check Self-Certification Pilot Program, adopting Program Guidelines by Resolution, and amending the City's Master Fees and Charges Schedule to add three new fees associated with the Program: (1) Design Professional Application Fee of $2,500 per application, (2) Design Professional Program Renewal Fee of $300 per annum, and (3) Project Application Fee of $700 per application.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:
