That the City Council receive a report of fiscal year 2024/25 City Council non-personnel expenditures by Ward.
DISCUSSION:
The following table presents a breakdown of City Council non-personnel expenditures by ward, offering a transparent view of ward expenditures for fiscal year 2024/25. The results presented are unaudited, and immaterial changes may occur as the fiscal year-end process continues, and the financial audit of citywide finances is conducted.
Annually, a detailed report of travel and meeting expenses for elected and appointed officials is posted within 120 days of the June 30th fiscal year end on the City website at https://riversideca.gov/finance/investor/monthlyreports.asp.
